Every dental emergency is different. The cost of treatment depends on what the dentist finds on assessment — which is why we don't publish indicative price lists that may not reflect your situation.
What we can assure you is this: your dentist will examine you, explain what they find, and give you a clear cost for any recommended treatment before anything begins. You are always in control of the decision.
There is no obligation to proceed with treatment at the appointment. If you decide not to, only the £65 booking facilitation fee applies.
The £65 booking facilitation fee covers the service we provide — finding, contacting and confirming a same-day appointment with a local GDC-registered dentist on your behalf. It does not cover any clinical examination, diagnosis or dental treatment, which are charged separately by the treating dentist.

The £65 booking facilitation fee is payable by credit or debit card when confirming your appointment. Treatment fees are paid directly to the clinic — clinics typically accept card payments.
NHS emergency dental provision in the Borehamwood WD6 area is limited. For urgent dental pain outside NHS access, calling 111 may provide advice or referral. Our service provides a fast-access private route to same-day care when NHS options are unavailable.
We will tell you before taking any payment if same-day availability is not possible. No fee is charged if we cannot source an appointment.
